Help: Region selection
This page is the entry point to the dispensation portal. Riders and admins must use the correct region site.
Region sites are subdomains in the format {region}.bmxadmin.co.uk.
Choosing a region
- Select your region card to open that region site.
- Use Rider Portal for rider sign-in and request submission.
- Use Admin Portal for admin sign-in and request management.
Why a region might not appear
- This list only shows regions that currently have an active season.
- If you see no active seasons, it means no regions currently have an active season available.
Sign-in method
- Sign-in uses passwordless six-digit verification codes.
- Codes are sent by email, can only be used once and expire within 15 minutes.
- Requesting codes repeatedly triggers a short security cooldown.
- If you request multiple codes, only the most recent one will work.
Common issues
- Wrong region: go back to this page and choose the correct region card.
- No email received: check spam/junk and request one new code after the cooldown.
- Code expired: request a new verification code from the relevant login page.
